How to Use Brilliant Skin Whitening Maintenance Toner

After cleansing with Gluta-Arbutin soap, apply a small amount of whitening maintenance toner on a cotton pad.

Then, spread evenly on face and neck in an upward motion.

Do not rinse.

Use twice daily.

Use Brilliant Skin Sunscreen Gel-Cream SPF 30 to protect your skin from harmful UV rays of the sun.

Storage Conditions
